Sales area: Products sold in the online store are only delivered to Finland.

Delivery methods:

We use Posti and Matkahuolto to deliver shipments. The products are sent within the next few business days. Once the shipment is ready for collection, you will receive an arrival notification on your phone. The products can then be picked up immediately.

Delivery costs:

We add handling and postage costs of 7.90 euros to deliveries.

Products that require special handling are marked as store products in the online store. If you are interested in ordering these products, please contact us via email and we will agree on the delivery costs separately. The delivery fee for furniture is always agreed separately.

Delivery time: We aim to deliver orders to the post office within 3 business days of the order date. We strive to remove temporarily out-of-stock products from the online store, but if any of the products you ordered are out of stock, we will notify you immediately. If you wish, we will send the entire order as soon as we receive the missing product. We aim to deliver orders in full. NOTE! If the order includes products for which a different delivery time has been announced, the entire order will only be delivered after the missing product has arrived.

Trade marks and discounts: If you have ordered products that include a trade mark or a discount that is tied to the purchase quantity or price and you want to make a return, please note that you will also have to return the trade mark or alternatively pay for it if the purchase quantity or price after the return is less than that specified in the offer. The price tied to the price and purchase quantity will also have to be returned if the conditions are not met after the returns.

Product returns: All returns must be notified in advance by email (info@wilhelmiina.net). Products have a 14-day return period. The complaint period from the time of purchase of the product is 14 days. We charge a separate handling fee of €10 for returns that have not been informed in advance. Please pack the products carefully and neatly, especially if they are easily breakable, preferably in the same packages they arrived in. The clothes to be returned must be unused, in saleable condition and with the price tags still attached. Hair, fur and stains will prevent a refund. We will refund the price of the returned products via Klarna. Please note that you will be responsible for the postage costs for returning an intact product.

Returns only as a customer return by the Post Office (www.posti.fi/palautapaketti/) or in the OmaPosti application. We will deduct the return costs of €4.90 from the product you are returning. Posti contract number 644370. We do not accept or collect returns sent by other means.

For returns made via Matkahuolto, you can purchase a return on the Matkahuolto website.

NOTE! Failure to pick up an order does not constitute a return of the product. All actual postage and other costs for packages not picked up will be charged to the customer before the money is returned. The minimum charge is a total of at least €25.

Product exchange PLEASE NOTE that if you want to exchange the product you ordered for a different size or product, place a completely new order. You will be charged for the postage for the new delivery.

Shipments damaged during delivery

Unfortunately, despite careful packaging, the post office does not always manage to deliver packages intact. For this reason, it is a good idea to check the condition of the package and any damage to the package when picking up the shipment.

If the shipment is damaged in transit, IMMEDIATELY file a damage report with your post office. Please also contact us at mailto:info@wilhelmiina.net , and we will arrange the delivery of a new product. All orders are subject to a seven-day right of return for unopened packages in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

If the product is poorly packaged when returned and is damaged during shipping, we will not refund the money for the product!

Note: After five (5) product returns, we are unfortunately no longer able to deliver shipments.

Payment service provider

Kustom Checkout

We use the Kustom Checkout service to manage your purchases in our store. Kustom Checkout is an independent checkout solution provided by Kustom AB, through which payment methods and delivery options are available.

Kustom is not a bank and does not process payments directly; Kustom provides a user interface and logic that displays the available payment methods.

When you use the checkout to complete your purchase, you will be offered different payment methods. These payment methods are processed by separate service providers depending on which payment method you choose at the time of purchase. To make a payment, you will be redirected to the payment provider’s website – such as [Klarna, Swish, MobilePay, Vipps, iDEAL and Billie] – where you will complete your purchase.
